Our team has diversified backgrounds in recruiting, technology, law enforcement and legal backgrounds.  In 2014, as organizations were removing reference checking from their onboarding process because of the labor required, length of time to complete and the lack of quality feedback with phone-based reference checks, we launched RefLynk to provide a fast, comprehensive solution for obtaining employment, volunteer, and tenant candidate feedback.

RefLynk has disrupted automated reference checking by converting the process to a text-based model that costs as little as a few dollars per candidate.
